Ten Mile Taster at Merchant’s Manor, Falmouth

To celebrate the launch of our Canara Farm venture - specialist organic fresh produce - we are holding a celebration event at Merchant's Manor where their renowned chef, Dale McIntosh will be preparing a special tasting menu featuring the finest fresh produce drawn from within a ten mile radius of Merchant's Manor. All the meat, fish, shellfish, vegetables and dairy produce used in the six course menu will have been sourced as locally as possible - the evening will kick off with a glass of Knightor 'Fizz', produced just north of St Austell, and finish with entertainment from the Grace Notes.
