Hugely Successful Cornish Asparagus Festival

Many thanks to all those who came to see us at the first annual Asparagus Festival at the Penventon Park Hotel we were excited by the response from all we spoke to.

There were many fun and informative cookery demonstrations from a range of talented Cornish based chefs. It was great to see how each of them uses Cornish Asparagus to create a variety of exciting dishes.
