Sean Williams

I am the Managing Director of cornishfoodmarket.co.uk, and my main responsibility is to keep on ‘laying the track’ in front of the cornishfoodmarket.co.uk train!

Time away from work revolves around having fun with family, including entertaining two young children, whilst participating in a variety of the different sports available to us here in Cornwall throughout the year.

The joy of bringing genuinely fresh, local food to everyone’s doorstep in Cornwall is immense. Similarly, working with quality local food producers to help develop their businesses through their trade with cornishfoodmarket.co.uk is hugely satisfying.

Terry Symons

My role at cornishfoodmarket.co.uk is dispatch manager, which entails making sure each order is picked and packed correctly and the highest possible standard of goods are selected, and ensuring the orders get delivered promptly.

The thing I like most about this company is the fact we use (wherever possible) local produce which helps sustain local farmers, while at the same time ensuring the customer gets the freshest produce available.

In my spare time, I would like to brag that I use all these fresh ingredients to prepare my wife and children a tasty meal, but alas, it’s usually my wife doing the cooking while I enjoy the eating!!! But I do enjoy walking, and I am a keen follower of football, although too old now to play!! I also like to socialise, playing pool and poker.

Lee Bartholomew 

I oversee the financial aspects of the business. My daily responsibilities include ensuring that customers’ receipts are collected and recorded correctly, that suppliers are paid on time, and that the staff wages are paid accurately and on time. I prepare regular reports and projections for management review, and design and implement effective and efficient financial systems in accordance with the overall strategy of the company.

When not at the office, I am kept busy by my two beach and surfing-mad daughters who have a regular catalogue of play-dates and social engagements. If on our own my wife and I enjoy outdoor pursuits such as walking and camping, and we share a taste for cooking and good food.

My enthusiasm for cornishfoodmarket.co.uk stems from a hectic lifestyle - it allows me to enjoy fresh local produce, with the convenience of delivery to my door when I need it.

Tom Moody

I am the Procurement Manager for all dairy & ambient stock within the business. I enjoy the day to day challenges that I face, together with working as part of a large team in our rapidly expanding business.

When I am not dabbling on the ‘food markets’, I keep fit, show a keen interest in sport, & enjoy socialising.

Roger Rossignol

I am Group Sales and Marketing Manager at cornishfoodmarket.co.uk. I am passionate about my job as I work for a progressive and ambitious business, and I am surrounded by a committed and hardworking team. Every day is different with a variety of interesting challenges, and I get to meet and work with fantastic people.

It is great living and working in Cornwall, always being within easy reach of the sea - we are surrounded by fantastic beaches and I spend as much time as possible surfing.

I think cornishfoodmarket.co.uk offers the perfect opportunity for people to access a wide range of great local produce - my friends are certainly looking forward to getting Cornish beer delivered direct to their front door!

Marc Tresidder

My job is to manage the fresh produce side of cornishfoodmarket.co.uk. I buy, check, reconcile and (my favourite part!) test all the fresh fruit and vegetables arriving at the depot.

I was born in Cornwall and am proud to be Cornish, having a name like Tresidder shows my Cornish roots go back many centuries. I live in the village of Stithians with my partner Ruby and two lovely daughters Bryony and Bethany whom I am very proud of.

At the weekends you will usually find me behind my drum kit in a Cornish pub playing in my band the “Toilet Monsters” or between sets sipping a pint of Cornish ale.

My favourite thing about cornishfoodmarket.co.uk is the fruit. I’m a bit of a self-confessed fruit-aholic! Knowing that I can get it cheaper than the big supermarkets is great.

David Brown

In my role as a marketing assistant, I create branded promotional items for cornishfoodmarket.co.uk, for example creating a billboard design and an advertising board at Falmouth Rugby Club. I have also created images for use on the website and the email newsletter. The brand is so fun to work with – keep an eye out for that billboard in Falmouth, you won’t miss it!

In my spare time, I enjoy surfing at my local beach (Godrevy) and cycling around the coastal areas of the county.

My favourite thing about cornishfoodmarket.co.uk is that we really endorse and promote our local Cornish producers giving them the recognition they really deserve.

Adrian Bailey

My name is Adrian Bailey and I am the Transport Manager at cornishfoodmarket.co.uk. Amongst many tasks I am responsible for driver recruitment (so if your driver is not polite, courteous and helpful please let me know!).

Outside of work I attempt to be a golfer most Sundays and when not on the course can be found watching Liverpool F.C. in the 19th hole. I am also vice president of the local Young Farmers Club.

My wife and her family are farmers so I can appreciate all the hard work and long hours that food producers must undertake. I am very excited about this new venture as it will offer a route to market for a lot of hardworking producers who in many cases do not have the resources to get their goods to the customer without kowtowing to the supermarkets.

Mike Phillips

My job at cornishfoodmarket.co.uk is to deliver the shopping to our customers but I am also involved in preparing each shopping bag before it goes in the van ready for delivery. I really enjoy delivering as I get to meet such interesting people and no one day is the same as the next.

I love football, watching it more than playing it! I am a keen follower of Chelsea F.C. Lots of my time is taken up with my wife and children and, if it’s nice weather, we enjoy exploring the beautiful beaches of Cornwall.

The thing I like about cornishfoodmarket.co.uk is being able to deliver top quality local produce to the local community.
