Roasted Paprika Potatoes with All i Oli

Method



A great accompaniment to steak cooked on the barbecue.

1. Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Cut any large potatoes into smaller, uniform portions for roasting. Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for 5 minutes, then drain. Tip into a shallow roasting tray with the paprika, cumin, chilli and oil, then mix to coat. Roast for 25-30 minutes until crisp and golden.
2. Toss the hot potatoes with sea salt, then serve with the All i Oli for
dipping.

Ingredients



350g Cornish new potatoes, washed and scrubbed
¼ tsp sweet sun-dried paprika
¼ tsp cumin seeds
2-3 pinches hot chilli powder
1 tbsp sunflower oil
Sea salt
A few tablespoons All i Oli, to serve
