Honey Mustard Pork Chops

Method

For 2. Goes great with mashed potato and green beans.

1. Combine the honey mustard and the honey.
2. In a frying pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil, then add the Cornish pork chops and cook for about 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
3. When the pork chops are cooked, reduce the heat, add the Cornish Honey mustard mixture and bubble for 1-2 minutes, then serve.

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
2 Cornish pork chops
2 tablespoons Berrio Mill Cornish Honey Mustard
1 tablespoon honey
