Mango & Banana Smoothie
Method
This receipe takes 5 minutes to make, and with only 107 kcal per serving, it is a low fat and healthy way to start your day.
1. Cut the mango down either side of the stone, peel and cut the flesh into
chunks.
2. Peel and chop the banana.
3. Put all the ingredients, including ice cubes into a food processor or blender, then blend until smooth and thick.
Keep fresh in the fridge and use the day you make it.
