Quick Garlic Sprouts with Bacon

Method

Prepare Brussels sprouts as usual and set aside. Melt the butter and sauté the garlic gently until tender but not brown; add to the sprouts. Stir in crumbled bacon. Serve while still warm.

Ingredients

Brussels sprouts, trimmed and washed
1 tablespoon butter
1 clove garlic, minced
A few slices of streaky bacon, crispy dry-fried
Crumbled Salt and freshly milled pepper, to taste
