Open Steak Sandwich with Rocket
Method
Pre-heat a grill and frying pan. Cut the focaccia in two and then
split to form four pieces of bread. Fry the thinly sliced steak quickly
on both sides and place on top of the bread. Garnish with rocket, some sliced tomato and crumbled gorgonzola, drizzle with olive oil and a
little vintage balsamic vinegar.

4 thinly sliced sirloin steaks
1 focaccia
rocket
sliced tomato
olive oil
vintage balsamic vinegar
