Membrillo & Quesa Manchego
A classic combination, enough for 6 as tapas or a starter. Serve with Black and Gold pear cider for a Cornish take on Northern Spanish tradition.
1. Remove the rind from the cheese.
2. Slice the Manchego and the Membrillo into wedges.
3. Place the Membrillo on top of the Manchego and serve with a small glass of cider.
110g / 4 oz Manchego cheese, at room temperature
110g / 4 oz Membrillo (quince paste)
